How does this shop work?

All orders are picked up at the CJR Hockey Shop in Chelsea Piers, CT.  Once items are ready for pick up, you will be emailed accordingly. You can pick it up during Shop hours or a scheduled appointment.  Please email  shop@cjrhockey.com to see when we will be open.

What is the return policy?

Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Custom items cannot be returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Returning Product
To return your product, email shop@cjrhockey.com to schedule a drop off date.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

What is the exchange policy?

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@cjrhockey.com
